Blog Excerpt Support Added

Vanity now displays the new blog excerpt capability in Shopify. If an exerpt is detected for an article it is used instead of truncating the product description.

Note: the existing functionality of displaying the first image as a thumbnail is still available if you don't wish to use excerpts.
